SYNOPSIS

Rodney Sawyer (Mario Van Peebles) odvede svoju suprugu Jenny (Holly Robinson Peete) i sina Malika (Michael J. Pagan) iz njihova otužna stana u Oaklandu u predivnu novu kuću u predgrađe Seattlea u Washingtonu. Rodneyjev je otac preminuo i ostavio mu kuću, a Rodney, koji je Afroamerikanac, iznenadi se kad od očeva odvjetnika sazna da je njegov otac bio bijelac. U međuvremenu u Seattleu, Delaney Breckett (Andrew Divoff) sprema se orobiti svoju vlastitu banku zajedno sa svojim suradnicima Kendall Dupree (Lori Triolo), Sykesom (Vincent Gale) i Henleyjem (Dean McKenzie).
