SYNOPSIS

Biopic of author and acclaimed wit Oscar Wilde, focusing on his affair with Lord Alfred Douglas at a time when homosexual liaisons were illegal. Refusing to flee the country when their relationship was uncovered, he was subsequently jailed, enduring two years of hard labour. Starring Stephen Fry, Jude Law, Vanessa Redgrave and Jennifer Ehle.
