SYNOPSIS

A comedy set in a home for aging war veterans. An affectionate tale of courage and adventure of three men who have to struggle not only with the ills of old age. Gustav, a cynic, Rene, a pragmatist, and Fernand, who regularly faints after war injuries, meet on the terrace of the home where they live. Snide banter and quarrels are the order of the day. Although they have seemingly little in common, their desire and strength to defy fate brings them together on the greatest journey of their lives.
