"Sleeping" is a program of foreign intelligence services, involving the use of agents previously implemented in governing bodies and large business, awaiting a command for active actions in "sleep mode". Only a few veterans who created the network know about the program. Against the backdrop of the interstate crisis, the Sleeping program is resuming.
