Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond look at locally grown vegetables, cooking a spiced roast root vegetable curry with handmade chapatis. Joining them in the kitchen are cookery teacher Sumayya Usmani, who specialises in vegetarian dishes, and food and drink journalist Rosalind Erskine, who has brought along a drink made from Scottish potatoes.
