POVZETEK

Brata Kennedy se spopadeta s hudo težavo, ko odkrijejo, da je Sovjetska zveza na Kubi zgradila raketne baze. Čeprav je bilo mnogo generalov za napad na Kubo, se je Jack dogovoril s Hruščovom, da bo umaknil rakete iz Turčije in pustil Kubo pri miru, če bo Sovjetska zveza umaknila rakete s Kube. Jack pa ima poleg tega tudi težave v zakonu, saj je Jackie besna zaradi njegovega ljubimkanja z Mary Meyer.
