His daughter Laura and Jonas Kerschbaumer's brother Ludwig, who moves as a shepherd over the lonely alpine mountain routes, have a share in this. Through the two of them, the commissioner receives the decisive information that the murdered Evelyn Kronstadt owned a cell phone. Indeed: she finds the mobile phone hidden under a cupboard. The call list and intimate photos now direct the suspicion of murder to the local politician Stefan Keller. He had a relationship with the then 15-year-old. But is that why he was the culprit? The key lies in other unexplained murders of girls that are being investigated by the Bolzano police force.
