In order to find out, animal filmmaker Sebastian Koerner lay in wait for two years. With the help of his recordings and a large number of hidden, automatically filming video traps, it was possible for the first time to gain a close-up insight into the private life of the "Wolf family" in the heart of Germany. All recordings are without exception from the great outdoors. No image for this documentary was shot in a pen or with tame wolves. This is how the incredible story of a very special wolf family in an unusual place came about. The pack portrayed around the male ¿Leo' has its territory on the Munster-Nord military training area in Lower Saxony.
