SYNOPSIS

Inspektor ulcinjske policije, Rajko, upozorava Čarnu, šeficu policije, da je okoreli kriminalac Nikola Popović vratio u Crnu Goru. Čarna mu kaže da je Nikola sada došao kao biznismen spreman da ulaže u hotele i da bi Rajku bilo bolje da obrati pažnju na povećanu narko dilersku aktivnost na ulciljskim plažama. Nikolu Popovića posetio je njegov sin Đorđe, ali je Nikola jako nezadovoljan zbog toga što je Đorđe napustio lekarsku specijalizaciju u Bostonu i došao u Ulcinj.
