SYNOPSIS

Chef Nick Nairn and Dougie Vipond look at Scottish fruit, making an apple and bramble crumble with a Drambuie custard. Joining them in the kitchen are Aberdeenshire soft fruit famer Ross Mitchell and food and drink writer Rosalind Erskine, who has selected a Scottish rum flavoured with rhubarb.
