SYNOPSIS

Charlie Dimmock and the Rich brothers are off to Kent to visit a couple with two growing sons. As the boys get bigger, they're feeling the squeeze in the house so are keen to transform a disused area at the bottom of the garden into a new multi-functional space that they can all enjoy.
