SYNOPSIS

In the penultimate episode, the four remaining chefs battle for an all-important place in the final three, each cooking a dish that defines and delivers a taste of a landscape close to their hearts. With one of the four chefs leaving the competition, the remaining three head to Oslo to work with groundbreaking young chef Esben Holmboe Bang. The chefs get to grips with his food philosophy and create a stunning dish to impress Esben, before taking part in a service in his Michelin-starred restaurant, Maaemo.
