SYNOPSIS

Tickety legend has it that McCoggins is building an amazing model of the clockhouse out of lollipop sticks. No one has seen it yet and the whole town is waiting for the grand unveiling, but when McCoggins asks Tommy and Tallulah to help him finish his model, the twins accidentally smash it.
