John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen: Christmas Kitchen

SYNOPSIS

John and Lisa have a dinner party menu to impress any guest in their weekend kitchen. Lisa starts with a classic chicken liver pate and homemade melba toast, as John gives a masterclass in a showstopping beef Wellington, served with dauphinoise potatoes and cauliflower cheese. For dessert there's not only a trifle, but espresso martinis too to see in the New Year.
