SYNOPSIS

Dom and Isaac clash professionally over a patient's treatment, leaving Dom to reconsider their personal relationship. When Dom takes a stand against Isaac and confronts him, he finds himself at the receiving end of his boyfriend's temper. Serena is dealt a further blow when a patient arrives on AAU serving as a reminder of Elinor's recent death.
