SYNOPSIS

Kenroku-en je jedna od tri najčuvenije botaničke bašte u Japanu. Svake godine u baštu se može ući besplatno na početku sezone trešnjinog cvata.
Kenroku-en je prvobitno bilo polje pod nazivom Jamazaki-no-Šo, a drveće zelkove bilo je tu i pre nego što je, pre više od četiristo dvadeset godina ta oblast počela da se razvija. Razlog što je bašta postala čuvena, jeste to što u svom sklopu i danas čuva prirodne lepote netaknute veličanstvenosti, starinske i prefinjene, kao i velelepne statue izvajane ljudskom rukom - dva potpuno različita tipa lepote.
