SYNOPSIS

Chris Bavin travels to the Borough of Halton in Cheshire to meet three determined Bloomers who met during treatment for cancer and decided to radically change their lives. They are entering the beginners' level scheme of Britain in Bloom, called "It's Your Neighbourhood".
