SYNOPSIS

It's dessert day and with just one place remaining at the banquet feast, each chef is giving everything they've got for a chance to say thank you to the heroic NHS staff. All the chefs have significantly re-worked or re-invented their desserts since the regional heats, proving that they'll do everything they can in a bid for that final winning spot.
