SYNOPSIS

Emma grew up living with who she thought were her mother, father and sisters, until her `mum' was diagnosed with cancer and her family decided it was time to tell her the truth. She discovered one of her sisters was really her biological mother. With a baby on the way and boyfriend Ben by her side, the 17-year-old is determined to take a different path and declare no more family secrets. Bethany and Dan reflect on an emotional four years of trying to have a child, while pregnant Rachel talks about how she may have to change religion and move away from home to be with her partner.
