One Born Every Minute

SYNOPSIS

A former midwife has to bite her tongue and take a back seat when asked to be a birthing partner for her daughter's friend. It proves to be an emotional moment for Heidi, the mother-to-be, as she contemplates a future without the presence of the child's father. Elsewhere, a laid-back dad almost misses his new daughter's arrival, while farmer Nick takes a break from the lambing season and hopes his knowledge of birthing livestock will help him through his wife Rachel's labour.
