SYNOPSIS

Lorraine meets 12-year-old Nicolas Politis, who was born without a fully formed ear and who is about to have a series of highly specialist operations to reconstruct it. Surgeons will craft the framework of his new ear out of cartilage taken from his rib. Plus doctors help 15-year-old Holly get her debilitating hayfever under control, 11-year-old Roisin arrives in accident and emergency after slipping on ice.
