SYNOPSIS

Since the state of Colorado approved the recreational use of Marijuana in November 2012 thousands have scrambled to smoke it, grow it and sell it. But the legalization is taking a toll on the illegal drug market. Gang wars are heating up and the Mexican drug cartels are pushing harder drugs like black tar heroin. But for some small entrepreneurs on both sides, the change in the law offers a world of opportunities.
