SYNOPSIS

Holmes and Watson travel to Sussex to be guests of Reginald Musgrave, a member of one of the oldest families in England. They are greeted by his butler, Richard Brunton, a young man of considerable intelligence, but this relaxed atmosphere is soon overshadowed by dark tales and events.
