SYNOPSIS

Phil's first day back in CID starts badly when he is splashed by a stolen car. As a result, 15-year-old Todd Bailey is arrested for theft and joyriding. Phil and Stuart interview the youth with his elder brother Connor and ask the pair if the incident has anything to do with Murray Taylor. Elsewhere, Sam and Neil are called out to a shooting where they discover Sken gang member Wesley Meeks being treated by paramedics.
