SYNOPSIS

The first of the Central region heats sees newcomer Pip Lacey and returning contenders Richard Bainbridge and Jason Hodnett prepare their starters for the banquet celebrating 100 years of the Women's Institute. They must impress a Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook for the judges in the regional final.
