SYNOPSIS

Shelley guest stars as Evelyn McNeil, the widowed sister-in-law of Captain Frank McNeil. An aficionado of the gambling houses, she finds herself in over her head with some particularly dangerous mobsters, and banking on his lifelong friendship with Kojak, McNeil asks the detective to shield her from harm.
