SYNOPSIS

Actress Sienna Miller shares her recipe for Tuscan duck ragu, Jamie Oliver cooks a whole salmon in salt and Jimmy Doherty creates a DIY hog roast for the ultimate crackling. Jimmy and Jamie also try to revive the fortunes of the little-known tosset cake, a biscuit associated with the village of Stalmine in Lancashire.
