Deadly Pole to Pole: Somerset Island

SYNOPSIS

Steve Backshall watches a polar bear scale a sea cliff in search of food in Svalbard, before heading south to Somerset Island in the Canadian Arctic. Once there, he goes in search of musk ox, and an Arctic fox still in its pristine winter coat, but for the first time in 40 years the ice hasn't melted, which may hamper the presenter's mission to see a beluga whale.
