Great British Menu: Banquet

SYNOPSIS

The four winning chefs prepare to serve their dishes to an expectant audience of wartime heroes at the banquet at St Paul's Cathedral commemorating the 70th anniversary of the D-Day landings. They get a nasty shock when they first arrive at the venue and discover the kitchens aren't quite up to the highest standards, but judges Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort help rectify the situation - although the delay forces one of the chefs to work long into the night. Last in the series.
