SYNOPSIS

Returning contender Mary Ann Gilchrist and newcomers David Kelman and Andy Beaumont compete to represent Wales at the banquet marking the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings, beginning by preparing their starters. They must impress a mystery Great British Menu veteran if they are to cook for judges Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton, Matthew Fort and and former war correspondent Martin Bell in the regional final.
