SYNOPSIS

The North East chefs attempt to impress with their main courses, with Frances Atkins looking for inspiration by retracing her father's footsteps on a trip to Normandy and Colin McGurran also drawing on his grandfather's involvement in the D-Day campaign. Meanwhile, Paul Welburn hopes his unusually presented dish will see him emerge victorious.
