SYNOPSIS

It's the final episode of knockout week and the remaining eight hopefuls are all desperate to stay in the competition. There is just one challenge today - to create an unforgettable `showstopper' dish that will wow judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode and secure six of the cooks a place in the semi-finals. But they only have 90 minutes to create their masterpiece - so the race is on.
