SYNOPSIS
A large turtle has been spotted off the coast of Pontypandy, causing lots of excitement. Sam, Ben and Steele are in Neptune waiting for Mandy and Norman. They are late so the three have to leave without them. Mandy is angry with Norman but she notices a rowing boat so she and Norman start looking for the turtle with Norman rowing. They get into difficulties when the weather changes. Will someone rescue them?
