Having lived in London's greenest borough for 11 years, Clare Ladd and her partner David Hackett are ready to swap city life for a B&B venture in the country. They restored their Edwardian house to its former glory and are now looking for a country house, ripe for refurbishment and renovation. Catherine Gee has a budget of 360,000 pounds to find it.
