SYNOPSIS

Chantelle decides to speak up for a patient when an ethical dilemma arises on the ward, but discovers she may have chosen the wrong moment to find her voice. Michael grudgingly answers a last-minute call to come in to work on his son's birthday, while Elliott tries to bolster the confidence of a promising medical student who is considering dropping out.
