SYNOPSIS

In Modesto, two men struggle with high bail amounts, and a frequent flyer ends up back in jail after having a little too much boxed wine; in Virginia Beach, a man is arrested after getting in a fight with his girlfriend's ex over a litter of pitbull puppies.
