SYNOPSIS

Gordon Ramsay searches for the UK's most exciting new food and drink business, putting 12 entrepreneurs through a series of challenges as they compete to win his £150,000 investment. The tasks they must complete include successfully running beach shacks in Newquay, Cornwall during the height of the tourist season, going back to basics to forage for ingredients in the great outdoors, and facing their fears as one challenge leads them to incredible heights - literally! Will the competitors manage to overcome the pressure?
