SYNOPSIS

Extraordinary Dogs explores the wonderful and often astonishing nature of man's best friend. In this 13 part series we uncover an encyclopaedia of amazing, compelling and fantastic dog stories worldwide - from heroic rescue dogs to pet pooches, incredible assistance canines to frontline police dogs. The series will also look at the fascinating science behind the dog and ultimately finds out what makes our canine friends so special.
