SYNOPSIS

When a car is caught running a red light, police find themselves in a high-speed pursuit of an armed criminal. Elsewhere, a suspicious death leads an investigator to uncover a deadly plot to poison a man, and one investigator's instincts lead to the arrest of a heartless thief targeting vulnerable victims.
