Water Rats: Catch and Kill

SYNOPSIS

A load of Scotch has been stolen from the wharves and a night watchman killed. Tommy's father is embroiled in a row with a rival fishing family.

The water police investigate the death of a recreational diver and assume it was an accident, while the insurance company claims it was suicide.
