Caught Red Handed

SYNOPSIS

Today, a "super-recogniser" - a police officer with special powers uses his remarkable memory to help catch two thieves in the act; and a dozy thief caught on camera stealing from a bar in the dead of night, falls asleep at the scene of the crime.
