SYNOPSIS
In order to find serenity, Val Kahl experiments meditation with the healing effect of crystals, as well as a Yoguitar class where one does yoga while someone plays live music. With her green bike, she continues her adventure by going to Moon Juice where she prepares juices and milkshakes with ingredients full of vitamins. She then tries Unplug meditation where, with the help of crystal sound, she manages to cleanse her body and mind.
