SYNOPSIS

Louisiana is multi-faceted state and is home to the vestiges of the first Amerindian tribes, wealthy European farmers, African slaves, uprooted Acadians, etc. Between the wild bayous and the Mississippi, it is also another America, swinging to a background of jazz, with a French soul, where carnivals and Cajun cooking go hand in hand.
