After water, tea is the most-commonly drunk beverage in the world. Like wine in Europe, a whole civilisation has developed around tea in Asia, with its "grands crus" and rules it creates its own lifestyle. We journey through the world of tea, from Darjeeling to Yunnan and on to Shizuoka.
