SYNOPSIS
A conman avoids being drafted into the Second World War by assuming a dead man's identity, and raises the cash to buy himself a luxury gambling ship by pretending to be a fundraiser for war relief. However, when he falls in love with a genuine charity worker, his conscience begins to trouble him. Romantic comedy drama, starring Cary Grant and Laraine Day.
