SYNOPSIS

In this comedy, a simple civil servant of the building authority becomes the pawn of some super-rich who want to make a big profit on a planned large-scale construction project. Before he knows it, the father-to-be gets a few amenities and realizes that life in the semi-legal is not that bad. However, a young public prosecutor is already on his neck and he will soon have to decide which side he wants to be on: with those who do what they want or those who want what they do.
