SINOPSIS

A controversial park and ride scheme in Whitby confuses drivers ahead of the annual Goth Festival, and B&B owner Peter leads the charge against the council's restrictions. Meanwhile, new civil enforcement officer Lily takes to the streets of Dewsbury and Huddersfield for the first time, and a doctor hopes to avoid a fine for driving in a bus lane in Manchester, and returns to the scene of the crime with his ruler and tape measure to prepare his case.
