SINOPSIS

Civil enforcement officers witness some unexpected behaviour in Hereford and one of the officers has an unpleasant encounter, leading to the perpetrator beig taken to court. The latest installation of controlled parking zones in Bristol is causing disputes, including one person dressed as Darth Vadar trying to prevent new signage being erected. Meanwhile, in Derby, Mrs Gilby, who doesn't have a car, is trying to keep the residents' car park of her flats clear of unwanted visitors. Last in the series.
