SINOPSIS

New series. In this series about traffic enforcement, cameras follow ex-casino boss Mike Robinson and his team of Portsmouth parking wardens attempting to uphold the law. There's also a profile of Barnet-based Nicholas Jones, the former political reporter leading a campaign for free parking.
