Andy from Reigate washes his bathroom and kitchen after every use, weeds his patio every day and even bribes his six-year-old son to clean his toys. He helps Hayley, also from Surrey, whose microwave has not seen so much as a wipe since the 1990s. Garden designer Charlie from Hastings, East Sussex, likes everything in its place, especially her meticulously arranged cushions. She heads to Dorset, where retired businesswoman Antoinette has so much clutter she can't even access some of her rooms.
